Helping The Boy Scouts Of America Reach Their Goals
Oliver Johnson, of Liverpool's Troop 203, is another Eagle Scout who joined our group of scouts that chose Wildfowlers to assist him with his final project. Oliver made duck boxes with materials donated by CNY Wildfowlers.
Our association was proud to be a part of an Eagle Scout's final project by donating materials to make duck boxes to Zachary Robarts of Wellsville, NY. Lin Menninger and her husband traveled to Wellsville on November 8, 2009, and joined the Eagle Court of Honor, along with friends and family of Zachary, to take part in the ceremony of Zachary becoming an Eagle Scout. It was a very emotional experience for all. We are very proud to have been a part in Zachary's achievement.
Attention Fellow Wildfowlers!!!!!!!!!!!
Bobby Walters II
Our very own Bobby Walters II, member of CNY Wildfowlers, completed his Eagle Scout project. CNY Wildfowlers donated the materials for the duck boxes that he assembled for his Eagle Scout project. This is a very special event for our organization. We encourage the youth in our community to join our organization. They are our future hunters. It is a privilege to have someone like Bobby, who became an Eagle Scout on 4/29/12, as part of our organization. We are proud to have young men like you stand among us; hats off to you, Bobby!
Bobby was also in the Syracuse Post Standard. Along with Baldwinsville Boy Scouts Troop 80, Bobby and the troop placed flags honoring our Country's war dead by placing them at their headstones in preparation for a Memorial Day ceremony. We are proud to have Bobby Walters as a CNY Wildfowler.
