The beginning of construction of the Tim Noga Duck Blind. The CNY Wildfowlers recently constructed this blind in the Northern Montezuma Wildlife Management Area for youth hunts, etc. Follow along with the Wildfowlers on their progress building this duck blind, knowing they were honoring one of their own.
